Information and reservation Tariffs: The minimum period is one week: from Saturday after 15.00 o'clock till next Saturday before 10.00 o'clock.
Other periods are possible. The prices are including hot water and gas for cooking. In winter also the wood and the electric heating are for free. There is enough linen available and you have your own washing machine. There is a independent phone installation: incoming calls are for free and outgoing calls are charged on cost price France Telecom. Your cats and dogs are welcome. Caution: The caution is euro 100,- and will be repaid within two weeks after the renting period. Costs on your charge will be deducted. Linen: The beds (1 bed 160x200 and 3 beds 80x200) have cushions and downs. You have one set per week and per person for the beds. Once a week per person 3 sets of bathroom towels (not for use in the swimming pool). With that also three sets kitchen linen and tablecloths. Cleaning: During your stay you have to clean the apartment. There is a vacuum cleaner and so. There are even an electric iron and ironing table. The costs for the end cleaning are euro 45,- per period. Reservation: After your reservation (by e-mail or telephone) we will send you a contract with a duplicate. This duplicate you have to send back at the same time that you pay 30% of the rent. At last 2 months before the renting period you pay the rest including the caution. Cancellation: All reservations have to be paid for. I can however offer you an assurance for about euro 25,- per week so your costs will be paid if you are not able to come by illness or so.
